My creative process utilizes a distinctive combination of rope, paint, a bit of ocean water, and other natural and technical materials, emphasizing line, shape, and negative space. I carefully balance visual and physical texture, and color to produce harmonious and captivating artworks. Incorporating traditional knotting and whipping techniques into my art, and drilling techniques on wood panels yields contemporary paintings that also possess the qualities of fabric art and sculpture.
